鄒築園位於嘉義阿里山樂野部落，是台灣精品咖啡發展中極具代表性的莊園之一。阿里山咖啡可以這麼有名，跟「咖啡王子」方政倫有絕對的關係。從早期接手家族少量咖啡樹開始，逐步發展為具規模的精品咖啡莊園，並在多項國內外競賽中屢獲佳績，成為推動阿里山咖啡走向國際的重要力量。
莊園海拔約1200至1300公尺，日夜溫差大、氣候分明，有利於風味物質累積，使咖啡展現出明亮且細緻的層次。除此之外，鄒築園也擁有全台灣最完善的後製設施。
這是mojocoffee特別挑選的獨家日曬波旁批次。波旁品種的咖啡本身就具有相當平衡的風味，在Avayi的後製與mojo的烘焙下，帶出乾淨的蘋果、柑橘、烏龍茶、抹茶風味。

酸度指標並非烘焙度。酸度越低，口感越沈穩厚實且不酸；酸度越高，果酸感更明顯、風味更清爽。
Acidity Levels are not roast levels. A lower acidity level indicates a heavier, less acidic taste; a higher level indicates brighter fruit acidity and a lighter taste.
