也正因如此,我們能以更親密的方式,與產地、與農友建立長期的互動。
mojo 長時間走進台灣各個產區,與農友保持緊密合作。
除了把最美味的台灣咖啡沖煮給消費者,我們更希望把這些來自產地的感動,直接傳遞到每一杯咖啡裡。
這也是我們成立 Project Ember 的原因—

Taiwan's coffee-growing regions are not large, yet they are close to our daily lives. It is precisely because of this that we can build long-term relationships with origins and farmers in a more intimate way.
mojo has spent extensive time visiting Taiwan's various production regions, maintaining close collaborations with farmers. Beyond brewing the most delicious Taiwanese coffee for consumers, we hope to directly convey the emotions from origin into every cup.
This is why we established Project Ember— a specialty shop dedicated to Taiwanese coffee.

因此,我們理解每一批咖啡的故事、處理方式與風土條件,讓每一杯咖啡,都能傳遞來自產地的溫度。

Every Taiwanese coffee bean is selected by our team after personally visiting the production region and cupping with farmers. We care not only about quality, but also about long-term companionship and mutual growth.

Therefore, we understand the story, processing method, and terroir of each batch, allowing every cup of coffee to convey the warmth from its origin.

我們不定期舉辦主題杯測與咖啡品鑑活動,邀請時而敲請咖啡農一起參與,和咖啡愛好者,共同深入認識台灣咖啡的故事、風味與產區特色。

We regularly host themed cupping and coffee tasting events, sometimes inviting coffee farmers to participate alongside coffee enthusiasts, exploring together the stories, flavors, and regional characteristics of Taiwanese coffee.

At Project Ember, we present the possibilities of Taiwanese coffee in different forms. From pour-over single origins and espresso-based drinks to creative beverages with extended flavors, every cup showcases the diverse expressions of Taiwanese coffee.

Beyond on-site consumption, we also offer coffee beans, drip bags, and various gift sets, allowing these flavors from origin to be shared and taken home in different ways.

Reserve our exclusive "Terroir Tasting" set, featuring four carefully selected pour-over coffees for your enjoyment. Walk-ins are welcome during business hours. For those traveling from afar who wish to secure a seat, we encourage advance reservations. For small groups (6-12 people) interested in scheduling a tasting on non-holidays, please contact us via message or email. We will accommodate your request as soon as our staffing allows. A deposit is required for reservations, with details provided in the booking section.
