從第一天開始烘焙,我們就很在意烘焙過程中產生的廢煙對社區的影響。因此,我們持續導入各種除煙設備與改善方案,減少對環境的衝擊。多年來,能與週邊居民和平共處,甚是許多人都變成mojo的老客人,這就是努力最好的證明。
From day one of roasting, we have been mindful of the impact of roasting emissions on our community. Therefore, we continuously implement various smoke reduction equipment and improvement measures to minimize environmental impact. Over the years, our peaceful coexistence with neighboring residents—many of whom have become loyal mojo customers—is the best proof of our efforts.
