From day one of roasting, we have been mindful of the impact of roasting emissions on our community. Therefore, we continuously implement various smoke reduction equipment and improvement measures to minimize environmental impact. Over the years, our peaceful coexistence with neighboring residents—many of whom have become loyal mojo customers—is the best proof of our efforts.

Taiwan is an island nation, and most coffee beans still rely on imports. Regarding sustainability, imported coffee often lacks sufficient information for reference, so we turned our attention to Taiwanese coffee. Founder Scott Pasuya has long visited various production regions, seeking farmers with shared environmental protection values as long-term partners. These include organically cultivated farms, as well as those using conventional farming methods but willing to practice restraint and proper pesticide management.
